Logo Approval Form

In an effort to help streamline our workflow, School Webmasters requires an approval on your new logo design. Before signing, please make sure you have reviewed the design for the following:

  • Font choices/sizes and spelling
  • Color selection (please note that the color you see on your monitor may not be the same as what others may see on their monitors and may not be a true representation of the colors once the logo is printed.)
  • Overall design

After this document is signed any changes to the approved design will fall outside of the original contract and will incur additional fees.
