Social Media Page Set-Up Service
Need help getting started? We will either create new social media pages from scratch or update your existing pages to reflect professional standards and best practices. Choose any one platform—Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest—for a one-time cost of $600.
Add another platform: $50 each
Set-up includes:
- Establish or update existing social media page(s) with professional graphics.
- Set privacy and security settings according to best practices and professional standards.
- Create a branded graphic signature for administrators and faculty to use in their emails.
- Add graphic buttons linking web pages to your school website (School Webmaster website clients only).
- If more than one platform, set-up includes linking pages for cross-posting.
For Pinterest, set-up includes:
- Establish four boards with 5–7 pins.
- Create 5–7 pins from your school website.
- Set up your profile to follow appropriate boards and pinners to help your school discover new ideas.
Save $200 on set-up cost by signing up for one of our packages or à la carte management services.
Social Media Communication Package
Facebook and Instagram go together like peanut butter and jelly. Schools that are serious about communicating and connecting with their community should be on both social media platforms.
Cost: $500 per month
Management includes:
- Five Facebook posts per week
- Five Instagram posts per week (some posts will push to Facebook)
- Your social media manager* will generate posts featuring content from newsletter, website, school calendar, etc., as well as program and faculty member spotlights.
- Photos and graphic images to go with posts, including custom graphics
- Focus on building community on social pages including posting and commenting on other people/organizations social pages to drive awareness and build community.
- Actively engage with comments/users.
Social Media Marketing Package
Facebook and Instagram are essential school social media tools for creating community. Add Twitter to the mix and level up your school marketing game!
Cost: $650 per month
Management includes:
- Five Facebook posts per week
- Five Instagram posts per week (some posts will push to Facebook)
- Ten tweets (Twitter) per week
- Your social media manager* will generate posts featuring content from newsletter, website, school calendar, etc., as well as program and faculty member spotlights.
- Photos and graphic images to go with posts, including custom graphics
- Focus on building community on social pages including posting and commenting on other people/organizations’ social pages to drive awareness and build community.
- Actively engage with comments/users.
* To help generate quality content, the social media manager will expect one-on-one email communication with school personnel.
This marketing package includes a bonus content calendar to help school personnel curate content for social media posts that drive engagement and help you market your school.
Social Media Management à La Carte

Cost per platform: $310 per month
Additional posts available. Each additional post/week = $50/month

Pinterest management includes:
- 10–15 pins per week

- Content taken from newsletters, website content, school calendar, and other resources from the Pinterest community
- Use Pinterest to build community and increase engagement by providing parents and community members with fun ideas and useful tools throughout the school year.
Social4Schools Academy
This online course is for educators who have the time and inclination to manage their district or school social media but recognize the need for training in order to do so more effectively.
Cost: $497, one-time fee
The course includes:
- At-your-own-pace access to our school social media management training website, including best practice advice, useful downloads, and how-to videos
- Membership in a private Facebook group where you will have access to social media management tips, how-to videos, ongoing professional development concerning the world of social media for schools, and the opportunity to share resources with other school personnel who are managing their own school pages
- A certificate of completion at the end of the course
- Professional profile/cover graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and other bonus graphics for use on your school social pages
- A discounted rate on social media management should you decide to partner with School Webmasters to manage your school pages later on (good for one year)
