Non-PowerSchool 1X has a flat $800 partner cost at 1–332 seats. At 333 or more, partner cost is the greater of $1,250 or seats × $3.75. This is a step up at 333 seats, not a sliding scale.
- Seats: students + staff. At least one total seat is required.
- Partner cost: the greater of seats × plan rate or that plan’s minimum, except the small-school 1X price above.
- Customer price: partner cost + fixed profit, or partner cost × markup factor. Adjustments happen after minimums; the two methods are never combined.
- Profit: the difference between customer price and partner cost, before any other School Webmasters expenses. This is not net profit.
- SMS: 1X = seats × 180; 3X = seats × 540; Unlimited has no allowance cap. The monthly figure divides the annual allowance by 9 school months and is a planning average, not a monthly limit.
- Rounding: final annual prices round to the nearest cent. No tax, setup charge, discount, or prorating is added; none was supplied.
- Quote basis: a 12-month contract in USD. Verify the supplied partner rates with ParentHub before issuing a binding quote.
