“In the past, we tried to maintain our Web site ourselves by assigning a PTO member to this duty. It didn't always work, because the Web site wasn’t always functioning and the person responsible constantly changed. Needless to say, our Web site was pretty much useless. One of the most helpful things that School Webmasters does is to send out reminders monthly so that all members of my staff know it's time to submit updates so we don’t’ get behind and end up with outdated Web pages.
