Judy Bittner,
Director of Site Administration

Judy helps School Webmasters assure that our clients receive the high level of customer service they have come to expect from us. She manages the workflow for ongoing monthly updates, training the individual site administrators for the schools and districts. She also creates the interactive forms and applications that many of our clients use on their sites.

Judy and her husband Jon share the responsibilities of caring for five children from the ages of 5 – 20 in every stage of the school system; from kindergarten through college. Judy is active as an Art Masterpiece program guide in her children’s elementary school, and volunteers on numerous occasions for the PTOs of her children’s schools. Having lived abroad as a student studying in Spain, and as a missionary in Uruguay, Judy’s fluency in Spanish as a second language brings an added tool to School Webmasters.

 

Qualifications

Judy is a graduate of Brigham Young University. There she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the School of Education. She continued post graduate education at the University of Texas.

Project Responsibilities

She is responsible for overall customer service management, updates, ongoing changes, and satisfaction of clients. Judy also oversees update training for site administrators, online applications development for clients, and school site content writing. She coordinates the task assignment and duties of the school site administrators.
